2 teaspoons fennel seeds
500 g pork mince
2 teaspoons dry rubbed sage
500 g turkey mince
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme


  1. In a mixing bowl, add turkey and pork then mix them together.
  2. Mix sage, fennel, paprika, salt, thyme, and garlic powder in a suitable bowl.
  3. Drizzle this mixture over the meat mixture and mix well.
  4. Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture at a time and roll it into thick patties.
  5. Place half of the patties in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil.
  6. Return the air fryer basket to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200 C.
  7. Once done, remove these patties and cook the remaining patties in the same way.
  8. Serve warm and fresh.
