12 large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
150 g chicken meat, cubed
1 (250 g) package of cream cheese, softened
250 g Imitation crabmeat, flaked
450 g butter
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Black pepper and salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Crushed red pepper to taste


  1. Melt and heat butter in a suitable frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in all the remaining ingredients for the stuffing. Cook for 5 minutes then turn off the heat.
  3. Allow the prepared mixture to cool. Stuff each mushroom with a tablespoon of this mixture.
  4. Set the mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spray some oil on top and cook for 10 minutes at 200 C.
  6. Serve warm.
