24 mushrooms, caps, and stems diced
1/2 orange capsicum, diced
120 g sour cream
1/2 onion, diced
4 slices bacon, diced
120 g cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese


  1. First sauté the mushroom stems, with onion, bacon, and capsicum in a pan.
  2. After 5 minutes of cooking, add 120 g of cheese and sour cream. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Set the mushroom caps on the air fryer basket crisper plate.
  4. Stuff each mushroom with the cheese-vegetable mixture and top them with cheddar cheese.
  5. Insert the basket back insider and cook for 8 minutes approximately at 180 C.
  6. Serve warm.
