3 russet potatoes
40 g chopped green peppers
40 g chopped red peppers
40 g chopped onions
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons olive oil


  1. Peel and grate all the potatoes with the help of a cheese grater.
  2. Add potato shreds to a bowl filled with cold water and leave it soaked for 25 minutes.
  3. Drain the water and place the potato shreds on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  4. Transfer the shreds to a dry bowl and add olive oil, paprika, garlic, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well then spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket.
  6. Return the fryer basket to the air fry and cook for 10 minutes at 200 C.
  7. Shake the potatoes in the basket and mix in onions and pepper.
  8. Return the fryer basket again to the fryer and continue cooking for another 10 minutes at the same
  9. Once done, serve warm.
