Ingredients:
4 whole wheat bread slices
1 tablespoon butter melted
2 slices mild cheddar cheese
2 slices cooked bacon
2 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl by heating it for 15 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Spread the melted butter on one side of the bread slices and place 2 of these slices in the air fryer basket with their buttered side up.
  3. Place one slice of cheddar cheese, cooked bacon slices, and one slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each bread slice.
  4. Finally, place the remaining bread slices on top of the cheese layers with their butter side down.
  5. Return the fryer basket to the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 180 C.
  6. Flip the sandwiches and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
