2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
60 g shredded cheddar cheese
2 sausage patties
6 egg roll wrappers
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 ml of water


  1. Grease a suitable frying pan with some olive oil and place it over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage patties and cook them until brown. Chop the cooked patties into small pieces.
  3. Beat eggs with salt, black pepper, and milk in a mixing bowl.
  4. Grease the same frying pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
  5. Stir cook to make scrambled eggs. Add sausage, mix well and remove the frying pan from the heat.
  6. Spread an egg roll wrapper on the working surface in a diamond shape position.
  7. Add a tablespoon of cheese at the bottom third of the roll wrapper.
  8. Top the cheese with the egg mixture and wet the edges of the wrapper with water.
  9. Fold the two corners of the wrapper and roll it then seal the edges.
  10. Repeat the same steps and place the rolls in the air fryer basket.
  11. Cook for 8 minutes at 200 C. Flip the rolls and cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Serve warm and fresh.
