1 (450 g) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (400 g) can of spinach, drained
180 g shredded jalapeno jack cheese
330 g frozen corn, thawed
120 g shredded cheddar cheese
1 (120 g) can dice green chile, drained
4 green onions, sliced1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (450 g) package of egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray


  1. Mix corn with spinach with beans, cheese, green onions, cumin, salt, chili powder, and green chile in a suitable bowl.
  2. Spread an egg roll wrapper and wet all the edges.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons of the spinach filling at the centre and fold it into a roll to seal the filling.
  4. Repeat the same cooking steps with the rest of the wrappers.
  5. Set the wrappers in the air basket and spray them with cooking oil.
  6. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook at 200 C for 8 minutes approximately.
  7. Flip all the wrappers and cook for another 4 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
