Ingredients:
2 refrigerated pie crusts
1 teaspoon corn flour
100 g low-sugar strawberry preserves
Cooking spray
120 g vanilla Greek yoghurt
30 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon sweetener
1 teaspoon sugar sprinkle

Directions:

  1. Spread the pie crusts on the working surface and cut each crust into 3 rectangles of equal size.
  2. Mix strawberry preserves with corn flour in a mixing bowl and add a tablespoon of this mixture to the centre of each pie crust rectangle.
  3. Fold each rectangle to seal the filling inside and press the edges to seal them.
  4. Make a nice crisscross pattern on top of each tart with a fork.
  5. Place the pop tarts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook them in batches.
  6. Spray the tarts with cooking spray and then return the air fryer basket to the air fryer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes at 180 C. Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt with sweetener and cream cheese.
  8. Once the pop tarts are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and place them on the plate.
  9. Spread the cream cheese frosting over each tart and drizzle sugar sprinkles on top.
  10. Serve.
